How To Decoupage Shoes Using Magazines

A simple way to give boring shoes a make over into something more fun using magazines!  You can use comic books, magazines or anything. I used old Lolita magazines. The glue I'm using is called PVA glue here, it has other names in different countries. Look up the wikipedia article on it to see what it's called in your country or just look for a basic white craft blue which dries clear.
